2022
Founded in London
James launched AI Operator after spending years watching businesses struggle to turn AI pilots into real operational change. The mission: make AI actually work.
2023
First 10 Clients, First Million Saved
We hit our first ten clients across e-commerce, SaaS, and professional services — and collectively saved them over £1M in operational costs within 12 months.
2024
Expanded into AI agent deployments and took on first enterprise clients. Grew to a team of 8 and expanded our service offering across data intelligence and custom integrations.
